Customer Support Executive Remote

As the human voice behind Zooki, you will help our customers love Zooki by helping them to acheive their health goals.
This is a remote role, although if you prefer you can also come into either of our offices in London (Holborn) or Blackpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other teams, such as sales and marketing, to provide the best possible customer experience
- Continuously improving customer service procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using customer service software (we use Gorgias)
- Passion for health and wellness
