This role will have flexible working hours and is remote - so you can perform this role from the comfort of your own home. This is a telephone based role so applicants MUST have an excellent, friendly, and professional phone manner.
The role includes full product and technical training - and will mainly involved onboarding/ supporting our business user clients.
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for onboarding new customers, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service background, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.
- Maintain customer records in the database.
- Provide feedback to customers on product features and services.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist customers with account setup and configuration.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
