We are keen to speak to Trainee Recruiters that can develop long lasting relationships with businesses that have niche technology staffing needs, this is a sales-driven role where you put focus on building strong relationships with new businesses as well as candidates.

What to expect from your role?
When you join, you will be provided with one-on-one training and will be enrolled in a mentorship specific to your market. Your training will cover all areas of recruitment such as, business development, candidate sourcing, contract negotiation and recruitment best practices.
The day to day:
Candidate sourcing: proactively reaching out to candidates via LinkedIn, Job Boards, Adverts and our extensive Internal Database
Process Management: Booking interviews, negotiating salaries and ensuring successful placements of candidates.
Business Development: Proactively engage with new and existing clients to identify new hiring opportunities
