Your role and responsibilities

  • Daily cashing up on PMS
  • Resolving customer account queries
  • Upload BACS payment from commercial banking to client accounts and perform account reconciliations to ascertain the status of the account. Speaking to insurers to chase remits and check insurance deductions. Processing refunds where identified, logging them onto Excel
  • Checking and banking cash and cheques received
  • Maintain petty cash float on spreadsheet
  • Preparing weekly cash sheet for central finance auditing all payments received
  • Checking supplier invoices against purchase order log, preparing for payment run on Oracle
  • Dealing with central team and supplier account queries
  • Taking card payments and issuing refunds over telephone.

About us


We are a true multidisciplinary referral only hospital with departments in orthopaedic surgery, soft tissue surgery, neurology, internal medicine, oncology, anaesthesia and diagnostic imaging. Each of the clinical disciplines is staffed to European Diplomate or RCVS Specialist standards. The hospital is well equipped and provides excellent inpatient facilities with qualified RVNs and veterinary interns on-site 24/7. Imaging includes computed radiography, fluoroscopy (with digital subtraction and road-mapping), ultrasonography and on-site MRI and CT.
