Salary: £75-100k dependent on experience

The Role
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of IT Operations & Infrastructure.
In role you will use your expertise in legislation, policies, compliance requirements and solutions to establish our secure and compliant IT strategy.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the IT strategy with an immediate focus on cyber security & compliance.
- Establish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices including ISO27001, SOC 1, SOC 2.
- Plan and manage the IT infrastructure budget, tracking expenses and optimising resource allocation.
- Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure service delivery meets expectations.
Requirements
- Possess a broad knowledge of the legislation, policies, compliance requirements, solutions, products and systems which are integral to the implementation of a cyber security strategy.
- Proven experience of implementing IT infrastructures - cyber security strategy & compliance safeguards including ISO27001, SOC 1, SOC 2.
- Project management experience, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
