We are recruiting now for a Pricing Analytics Manager to shape our pricing systems and deliver valuable pricing insight from data.

Do you thrive on developing best-in-class solutions to pricing problems? Looking to join an iconic brand? If so, this could be your next role and we would love to hear from you.

About the role
Embedded in a tight-knit, dedicated Pricing function, you'll revolutionise how we set and deploy pricing. You'll work with external partners, the Pricing Director and broad set of stakeholders to design and build 21st century price mastering systems and integrate them into our annual price change process.

You'll develop innovative pricing models to support pricing decisions, often worth tens of millions of pounds in value. You'll use your expertise to tie together disperate data sources into curated data sets, then use modern analytical tools such as Python and Tableau to mine them for actionable insight to our products and services.

You'll combine high quality numerical analysis, confident influencing skills and commercial awareness to gain consensus to new systems, models and ways of working. This will involve working with a diverse array of stakeholders, from IT and Communications teams to Regulatory and Commercial partners.

Integral to the team is a high degree of constant learning and knowledge transfer, meaning you will have the opportunity to develop broad based business skills and in-depth expertise in all aspects of pricing. The role also offers significant potential for future career development.

The team is based in London and carries out some hybrid working, but fully remote working can be considered for the right candidate.

About you
You'll have experience providing high quality analysis in a commercially-focused environment, ideally pricing.

You'll be highly numerate, possibly to degree level in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Maths, Statistics, Engineering etc).

You'll be able to gain consensus with functionally diverse stakeholders.

You'll be confident thinking through and designing tools from a wide array of viewpoints, working with others to document requirements clearly

You'll be able to extract key commercial insight from often complex and ambiguous data, regularly using advanced modelling skills with platforms such as Excel, Tableau or Python and accessing data via SQL from sources such as Google Cloud Platform or SAP.

You'll have a commercially focussed way of working and will have very good inter-personal skills - the success of this role is based upon mutually beneficial relationships which result in good prices and services for the customer with good margins for our business.
