Customer Support Executive
We are a UK-based Company, in Hayes, Middlesex, which takes pride in serving the airline industry with its spare part requirements. Specialising in the supply of spare parts for aircraft as well as having a well-established exchange and repair programme.
The role demands a strong commercial focus, ensuring the Company’s business objectives are met and margins are constantly evaluated and improved upon, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times and at all levels. This will be done through effective communication and a high standard of quality.

The main elements of the role are to:
- implement Company sales in partnership with the Sales Manager.
- be accountable for achieving and exceeding an agreed sales target;
- respond to requests for quotations to customers within the shortest reasonable time.
- coordinate aircraft parts to support airline customers worldwide;
- implement a variety of new business initiatives to drive sales;
- implement best practice in sales techniques.
- follow up allocated leads from marketing activity to identify and qualify opportunities and hold responsibility for, and ownership of, the entire sales process through to closing the sale;
- follow up on new enquires with potential customers, through regular contact patterns, to discuss opportunities and to understand their future direction;
- oversee the shipment of goods;
- maintain relationships with customers, suppliers and forwarders by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements;
- gather and analyze data on customer satisfaction with a view to developing this year on year;
- perform AOG cover on a roster. Approx. 1-8 weeks.
- make recommendations on future direction as necessary.
Essential Requirements:
- ability to communicate at all levels
- understanding of negotiation, sales and selling
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Ideally knowledge of generating new and repeat business from existing clients.
- Is very proactive in his/her approach to both the Company and customer’s business issues.
- Manages own time and completes multiple tasks/assignments with potentially competing deadlines.
- Properly documents tasks and procedures.
