Warehouse/Logistics Operative
£23,000 to £26,000 (depending on experience and skills), plus bonus
Eynsham, West Oxfordshire
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent (Monday to Friday)

The Position:
In this active role in logistics, you will join an established team of workers at our client site in Eynsham. Your responsibilities will include receiving goods and delivering them to the production line. The materials you handle are valuable medical components and equipment, so safety and quality are of utmost importance. The job entails following processes, manual handling, and operating equipment like electric pallet trucks and counterbalance forklift trucks (training will be provided). Professionalism and effective communication with colleagues and customers are essential qualities.

Primary Duties:

• Efficiently pick, pack, and palletize materials
• Safely load and unload vehicles
• Transport goods between the local storage facility and the factory line
• Adhere to processes to accurately receive and deliver goods to the correct location
• Maintain a clean and orderly workplace

Requirements:

• Valid driving license
• Proficient in both written and spoken English
• Familiarity with health and safety principles
