Customer Service Advisor
Leeds West Yorkshire (Free City Centre Parking)
£20,200 - £22,200 per annum rising every 6 months based on assessment
Opportunities to top up your income, including a monthly quality assurance bonus of £250, as well as overtime which is available at all times, and the company Reward scheme which means you can earn up to £25,000 per annum
Permanent Office based role and only working 30hrs per week
Working Monday to Friday 30hrs per week plus 1 Saturday in 4 working 9am to 3pm (this is paid in addition to basic salary at overtime rate)
You will need to be flexible as you will work a mixture of early and late shifts.
Hours 8am – 2pm and 12pm – 6pm

The Role
If you have a love of providing excellent customer service, then this could be the role for you
This is not your typical call centre role. The customer is at the heart of what this company does and they constantly invest in their systems and their people to ensure that they remain market leading.
Have you worked in a telephone-based customer service or collections environment assisting customers, with between 12-36 months of experience?
You will be supported with a minimum initial 8 weeks of comprehensive training to learn the role, as well as their systems and clients. After successfully passing the training, you will join the contact centre team and be enrolled in quality assurance bonus and other generous benefits.
This is an office-based role working from modern offices in Leeds, in which you will liaise with customers over the telephone to assist them in identifying the right solution to manage their account with us.
You will benefit from an in-depth training plan delivered by their expert in-house Learning and Development team. Regardless of your background or age, they will invest in your development and help you to succeed in the role.
