What you’ll do:
- You will work 37.5 hours per week Managing day-to-day operational performance, Sales strategy and delivery
- Be responsible for a team of up to 8 Customer Experience Leaders
- Raise performance on Sales and Customer metrics by supporting, coaching, motivating and challenging your team and building on performance and development
- Ensuring the team/individuals are hitting daily KPI's for productivity, quality and living the Sky values
- Executing the operational strategy of the Sales team ensuring the strategy fits with that of the wider business and Sky teams
What you’ll bring:
- Must demonstrate a proven ability to motivate, empower, coach and develop people.
- Track record of leading large teams in a contact centre environment or similar and experience of leading/managing 1st Line managers
- Delivered change / improvement projects through people leadership
- Ability to simplify ambiguity and give clear direction
