Office role based at The Rocket, Stephenson Quarter. Newcastle Upon Tyne
Must be able to locate to Newcastle City Centre.
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Customer Support team representing a leading energy company due to continued growth. Starting salary of £21,673.60 with an OTE of £24,073.60
- 40 hours per week between 8.30am-5.30pm Mon-Fri (no weekends)
- All training is provided, via class room training

Responsibilities of a Customer Support Advisor
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will deal with inbound calls from customers who are moving home and wish to update their account profiles, arrangement of payment alongside customers looking to switch provider, therefore there will an emphasis on customer retention.
There will a strong focus on supporting and advising the customer to ensure their details are accurate and up to date. In addition, they are opportunities to upsell other products/services that are applicable.
