Marketing Placement/Internship

Redpost Equestrian is a leading brand in equestrian, pet, and country retail, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, social-savvy individual to join us for a 12-month marketing placement. You'll work alongside our award-winning marketing team to create campaigns, manage budgets, launch exciting new products, and much more!
The right person is more important than experience, but strong social media skills would be an advantage. You will be creating and posting content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, so you will need to be comfortable both in front of and behind the camera. You will be representing the Redpost brand both to the public and the industry, so a fun and friendly, yet professional approach is a must. An equestrian background is essential but further training will be given.
Day-to-day you will be:
- Planning and creating content for social media, email newsletters, and our website
- Generating ideas for marketing and brand awareness campaigns
- Organising giveaways and liaising with our suppliers and customers
- Running our Tried & Tested programme
- Writing and researching blog content
- Updating items on the website
- Assist with organising in-store events
- Answering customer queries on our social media accounts
- Helping the marketing and eCommerce teams with other duties as required
Essential skills
- Attention to detail
- Accurate spelling and grammar
- Friendly and approachable attitude
- Able to use own initiative and work independently
- Creative flair - Adobe and/or Canva experience would be beneficial
- Interest in social media trends

Salary: £19,000.00-£21,500.00 per year
