About the role
- Receive incoming and make outgoing calls, resolving customer issues in a timely, effective and polite manner, via multiple channels.
- Treating all customers with empathy, taking responsibility for finding resolution to the issues, aiming for a first time resolution.
- Ensuing that you fully understand the query and find the most appropriate course of action.
- Build rapport with the customer and manage expectations in line with company procedures and SLA’s.
- Proactively communicate with customers to resolve issues that may occur with customer deliveries.
- To liaise with other company departments to resolve customer issues that are outside the scope of the Central Customer Support team.
- Achieve individual and contribute to team/company KPI’s & SLA’s.
- Keep up to date and follow Central Customer Support team processes and procedures.
- Arrange /reschedule deliveries in line with supplier movement.
- Call customers to chase outstanding balances (CODD)
- GIS – create and scan paperwork for instore collections
- Fully dispatch confirm all deliveries & collections (SOP)
- Complete daily banking (if agreed to take payment at point of arranging)
Working patterns
37.5 Hours Per Week
8 hour shifts between opening times of 8am-8pm
