Make is a fast growing digital agency in the heart of London. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a new Social Media Manager to join our team in Q1 2023.

We are looking for a client facing, social superstar who gets strategy, data and wants to be hands on in bringing ideas to life.

About The Role

• A strong understanding of the social landscape and how that works within the marketing mix
• Leverage data to develop social content strategies that resonate with the clients’ audiences and achieve KPIs.
• Conduct social audits, and provide strategic recommendations
• Astute attention to detail across all execution and reporting
• Able to write engaging copy, to a client’s tone of voice.
• Community management
• Work closely with our design team to ideate and efficiently brief.
• Able to deliver in depth analysis of performance and provide insights that propel performance forward.
• Hands on with creating content - attending client shoots, to capture BTS content

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing social accounts and creating content that connect with your audience
• Comfortable in front of clients and confident in your recommendations
• Be passionate about what you do - keeping your finger on the pulse with emerging trends in your industry and implementing where appropriate amongst your clients.
• You’re a blue-sky thinker who can polish a concept and execute it to a high standard.
• Be a team player - get stuck in with your colleagues and clients.
• A real eye for detail, able to quality check copy and creative.

Benefits:

Salary / Bonus

• Salary of £35,000 to £40,000 depending on knowledge and experience
