Customer Support Advisor

· Do you have minimum 6 months customer service skills?

· Do you have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to trouble shoot?

· Do you have excellent computer skills with the ability to familiarize yourself with products, techniques, and processes?

· Mon – Fri. 40 hrs Between 8am and 7pm, No weekends

· Hybrid working – Training will be completed in the office, once settling in period is complete the role will move to work at home, with all equipment provided.

Join Concentrix to work with our client, Intuit, proud makers of QuickBooks Online. We support small businesses, accountants, and self-employed individuals and we are looking to grow our team of talented individuals.

We are looking for people who can be our next experts in Customer Success.

Day to day, we handle supporting customers in solving queries in how to use and manage their QuickBooks Online accounts: this could be something to do with Bank Transactions, their reconciliations, adding and editing transactions and more – don’t worry, we train you in how to do this too!

Summary of call types:

1. Helping customers connect an automated bank account feed to QuickBooks

2. Helping customers connect their QuickBooks account to HMRC to submit tax returns

3. Helping customers set up payroll software to pay their employees

4. Helping businesses set up ways to invoice their customers

Role Overview

· Assist customers with Intuit QuickBooks Online; research and provide resolution to questions and problems

· Solve problems that may be unstructured and require ‘thinking outside the box attitude’.

· Ensure service delivered to customers is of highest standard.

· You will be trained in elements of accountancy, but don’t worry we aren’t expecting you to be an accountant.

· Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy and build rapport

· Adopt a consultative approach to understand customer needs and learn about their business; explore how to solve these needs through our available products.

· Build customer confidence in every interaction, be it over chat, email, phone, video, social media or Live Community including other innovative channels of the future, however the primary role is dealing with inbound customer calls.

· Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly familiarise yourself with the products, techniques and processes, and to apply the knowledge acquired
