Office Co-ordinator - Home Based
SafePC Direct Ltd T/A Refurbmac is looking for an Office Co-ordinator to be responsible for the general operation of our office in UK. Duties will involve:- Customer support:
- Emails Support
- Calls Support
- Chat Support
- Amazon Support
- Fax Support
- Courier claims
- Maintaining RMA lists
- Calls to courier companies if needed
- Generating Labels (If needed)
- Maintaining Refund Data
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in a relevant position.
- Excellent English is written and verbal communication skills (UK Experience will be a plus point)
- Must have good internet and own laptop.
- Backup of light (no excuse on it)
- Good communication and responsive. During working hours, should respond instantly.
- Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- You must be a team player to work with a team of 10.
