Derby Homes are looking for someone to join us in the role of Concierge at Eaton Court. Eaton Court is a small residential complex of shared ownership properties and social housing. The Concierge provides an on-site presence for residents, providing some low level support, and managing building safety and compliance. This exciting role would suit applicants who have a background in providing support to people.
The successful applicant will be expected to:
- Work with residents to draw up support plans relative to their needs.
- Provide low level support to residents.
- Provide a day to day building management service.
