Job Introduction Sodexo have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Manager to manage and co-ordinate a team of housekeepers and facilities operators within a highly regulated area at our client’s pharmaceutical site in Macclesfield.

This is an important role within the Sodexo organization, reporting to the Operations Manager, the role is focused on delivering world class integrated FM with oversight from senior Sodexo management.
Your role will be focused on ownership and delivery in key aspects of an IFM service model across a range of areas, where Sodexo have responsibility on the Macclesfield Campus. These include continuous improvement, health and safety, people and service development.

About You

You will be a highly customer focused individual, with experience of motivating and driving performance in cleaning teams to deliver high standards of service and cost effectiveness.

You will also have knowledge of SHEQ and the process employed to manage risks, hazards and controls. You will have a good understanding of soft service delivery, with the ability to transfer skills across multiple disciplines.
