The Bridle Group are one of the UK’s leading Vehicle Leasing Car Specialists and we are expanding very quickly and looking for the right people to come and join our Customer Services Team.
As a Customer Service Executive you will provide excellent customer service and handle a wide range of administrative and customer service related tasks. You will be a pro-active, reliable, individual with a can-do collaborative mentality, and wanting to do a good job is probably more important than your experience. You'll definitely have an advantage if you have working knowledge and experience within administration or customer service.
Responsibilities will include:
- Actioning inbound and outbound calls to our internal and external stakeholders – sales consultants, customers, motor dealers and suppliers.
- Ensuring e-mails and queries are responded to effectively.
- Actioning and updating the CRM on a regular and timely basis.
- Working through and actioning daily reports.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell Maintenance Contracts and GAP Insurance.
- Work alongside Sales and other business teams to ensure the best customer journey.
- Maintain a good working relationship with our funders.
- Checking customer documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with our customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Offer support to all general office staff with regards to customer information throughout the day and assist in delivering maximum customer satisfaction.
Skills required:
- Experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment.
- Able to work confidently and calmly under pressure.
- Previous administration and customer service experience.
- Quick Learner.
- A high professional level of oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, whilst working at a fast pace.
- Good computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
This is a permanent role based in Abingdon working full time.
The salary range is £25,000 to £27,000 per annum.
If you have experience of working in the vehicle leasing or automotive industry this role would be ideal for you. We are also keen to attract applicants with service desk, parts department, service advisor, customer services or reception experience from dealerships or from the financial services sector.
