Job description
Located in Canmore, Alberta, Rocky Mountain Cleaning is a professional cleaning company that offers cleaning services to vacation rental property owners and managers.
We are looking for a Housekeeper that has excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Open to candidates with Open Work Permit. Open to sponsorship.
Number of cleanings may vary from week to week, depending on the number of reservations.
Looking for someone with experience, but open to candidates who would like to give it a try. We provide training and supplies.
Candidates need to be available during the day, between 8am and 7pm. Some days, because of the departure times, the employee might start working around 11am. Employee will get the schedule in advance.
You must have reliable transportation, as you will have to drive to different vacation rentals located in Canmore. Units typically have 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, 1 or more bathrooms, etc. and are usually condo style units (most of them located in hotels).
Duties and responsibilities:
- Perform work assignments in a timely manner
- Attention to detail
- Vacuum carpets. Mop floors.
- Sweep and mop floor surfaces
- Empty and clean trash containers
- Clean windows
- Dust
- Change bed linens and all towels.
- Make beds
- Report damaged household items.
- Clean and sanitize kitchens
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms
- Run dishwasher
- Collecting dirty towels and linens for laundering
- Assist with inventory of each home
- Maintain an exceptional cleanliness standard
- Must maintain a professional appearance
Full time/part time/seasonal position.
No staff accommodation available.

Part-time hours: 20-40 per week
Salary: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
