Are you an enthusiastic, organised, team player with excellent communication skills and attention to detail looking for a new challenge?

We are looking for a Customer Services Advisor to join our busy team.

The role:

To deal with with incoming enquiries via phone and email.
To maintain a high standard of communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
To promote Peters products and services to potential customers.
To determine quick fixes for immediate issues.
To act as the “voice of the customer” within the company.
To follow established procedures for logging, processing, and chasing queries and orders to meet agreed Key Performance Indicators, Service Level Agreements and other quality standards.
To provide administrative support to the wider business

About you:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A demonstrable ability to prioritise workload.
To be computer literate and familiar Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
First class attention to detail.
To be well organised, with good time management skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with difficult or distressed customers.

Up to £23,000.00
Full time, Monday – Friday.
Based on site at the Birmingham site
