Job description
As a part time Office Administrator/Receptionist in a small firm of Chartered Accountants, you will be the welcoming face of our office and play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will be working in a supportive and friendly environment, with opportunities for growth and learning in the field of accounting.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintaining and organising office documents and records
- Using Microsoft Excel and Word to create, edit, and format documents
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
The role would be 3 days a week, ideally Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 7 hours per day.
Skills and experience
- Computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and courteous demeanour
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus but not required.

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
