Job description
The Customer Service Support Officer will provide administrative support to the Customer Service Team and Operations Team, facing housing enquiries. The role requires an organised individual who can manage their time effectively to ensure efficient processing of a range of administrative tasks and effective communication across teams.
You will build and sustain professional relationships with a range of stakeholders across the business to ensure that processes are working efficiently, and that BCP Homes standards are being maintained.

As a result of the creation of BCP Council in 2019, we are working on simplifying our terms and conditions of service and will be creating a single pay structure which is to be applicable for all employees.
