Job description
Reporting to the Fleet Delivery Supervisor (External), you will carry out tasks and work with the external Fleet Delivery team to ensure our motorhomes are ready for hire and sales as per business requirements. Working alongside the internal team you will be responsible for ensuring all areas within the external team are carried out to the highest standard.
The role:
- Conduct pre-check out inspections, recording and organising any required fixes to bring vehicle up to standard
- Liaise with Workshop & Logistics for fixes that cannot be completed within Fleet Delivery
- Allocation and organisation of external seasonal staff (in absence of supervisor)
- Conduct inspections on cleaning staff and providing feedback/training where necessary
- Liaise with FOH for on time delivery of vehicles for check outs
- Sign off of vehicles ensuring fit for hire, including loading client extras and completing vehicle condition report
- Responsible for the cleaning of vehicles where necessary during peak season and sole responsibility during off peak
- Wash bay duties
- Monitor diesel, ad blue & gas levels and refuel where necessary
- Vehicle movements, internal and offsite
- Weekly stocktake
- Opening and closing of depot responsibilities on a rota basis (peak periods; hours between 8:00am – 6:30pm)
- Organise and assist with end of day lock up procedure, including maintaining the vehicle location yard map & ensure end of day vehicle stock take is correct
- Assist internal team with end of day cleaning duties as and when required
- Ensure health and safety through maintaining the wash bay, barn and yard areas
- Maintain real-time by completing all electronic forms with 100% accuracy to ensure relevant data is accurate and accessible company-wide
- Support and carry out internal team duties as and when required
- Assist with the Italy preparation workflow at LCY & PSA
About you:

· Full UK driver’s license with more than 2 years driving experience

Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £21,800.00 per year
