Salary: £21,000 per annum

Job type: Permanent, fulltime, 35 hours a week

These are exciting times at Education Development Trust. Having secured a number of important new programmes in recent months to support schools and teachers around England, we are recruiting more Customer Service Support Agents to support our clients, provide customer service advice, respond to queries, update key information and ensure data integrity.

As a Customer Service Support Agent, you will support schools and educators engaging with our professional development programmes. In your role you will be supporting teachers, school support staff and in-school leads on their registration, on-boarding and programme queries for our professional development programmes supporting a range of educators. You will be involved in updating resources and materials, as well as have the opportunity to support improvements to processes and ways of working to improve the customer service experience.

This role would suit someone who has experience in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting, comfortable with dealing with queries over the phone, via email or live-chat. We are looking for great team players with excellent IT skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with schools or educators would also be of interest but is not essential. We are keen to hear from individuals interested in both fixed-term and permanent opportunities as we are always recruiting great people for future contracts and contract extensions.
