Location: Based at our state-of-the-art custom designed facilities in Craigavon
Hours: 37.5 hours per week on our rotating shift pattern: week 1 06.00-14.00 Monday to Friday, week 2 14.00-22.00 Monday to Friday (shift premium will apply)

The Role

We also pack commercial drug products into bottles, blisters and sachets and provide specialised packaging solutions for medical kits, vials and syringes. The expert services we provide supports the provision of medicines and treatments to patients around the world.
We are currently recruiting Senior Operators to join our highly skilled team.
As a Senior Operator (Grade 2) you will control the manufacturing operation within your designated room by overseeing staff and/or equipment assigned to the operation. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the product meets cGMP standards by ensuring all relevant processes and procedures are followed.
A standard day as a Senior Operator will involve overseeing cleaning & clearing of your production room, checking that the correct materials have been issued & received, and setting up production equipment correctly. You’ll perform all relevant checks before and during each manufacturing operation. You’ll also verify the reconciliation of materials at the completion of each operation.
In this role you’ll be completing documents such as Work Orders, Validation Protocols, Log Books, In Process Check sheets, and Acceptable Quality Level sheets – so you’ll need the ability to complete complex documentation to a high standard. You’ll also be responsible for controlling the staff (Operators) assigned to your room/operation so effective leadership skills are a must. Previous experience of leading teams or supervisory experience would be a strong advantage.
To be successful in the role, you’ll also need previous experience in a manufacturing environment involving production teams, machinery, and quality control of a product.
