We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team in Belfast. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, as well as sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers
- Generate sales leads and close sales
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services
Requirements:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
