Job description
Location: Fully Remote – work from anywhere in the UK with potential to travel to one of our offices occasionally. We also offer office-based positions, in our Derry or Skipton offices.
We give you a world of potential
Do you love talking to and helping people?
We are looking for people who are brilliant at engaging with customers to join our Mortgage Services contact centre. With interest rates rising, so many people have questions about their options right now and you’ll be trained to provide effective support for our mortgage customers and their representatives, dealing with a range of queries and requests quickly and effectively.
No two calls will be the same: you could be taking card payments, requesting copy documents or making changes to customer details. You will be taking calls for several different brands, and we will train you on everything you need to know. What’s more, while you may start in a contact centre role, we’re proud to offer development opportunities across our business – we support your progression into more senior roles through continuous development and structured career pathways.
We’re offering a generous starting package with excellent bonus earning potential and many other company benefits:
- Minimum of £22,588.80 (£10.86/hour) starting salary based on a 40-hour contract. 35-hour contracts are also available
- Immediate bonus earning potential of up to £1,720 per annum. Up to £860 is paid every 6 months and you’re eligible from your first month with us!
- Employer pension contributions up to 8%
- 33 days holiday per year (incl. bank holidays) with the option to buy up to 5 additional days
- Employee share plan, allowing you to set aside salary to purchase shares in our company. You’ll increase your investment by receiving a generous company contribution towards additional shares
- Internal recognition platform with instant awards for work done well
- Discount platform which gives you money off your weekly shop, electrical goods and much more
- Dedicated learning platform giving you free access to training and qualifications in everything from excel, problem solving and effective communication, helping you to progress your long-term career
- Flexible working arrangements: you can choose to work in one of our offices or work from home - always having the option to come into the office if you’d prefer

We absolutely recognise and reward hard work and determination, and we have exciting longer-term career opportunities for those who want to take them.
