Junior Consultant Role

We are looking for energetic, creative and driven individuals to join our team

As part of the Academy team you will have some experience in Wealth / Life and Pensions. You will be eager to learn, open to new challenges and committed to both personal and professional development.

Elements of the role will be able to be performed remotely, but you will be expected to work from our offices in the New Forest at least 3 days per week and in time there will be a requirement to travel to client sites.

You will embark on an Academy programme which will give you exposure to a variety of tasks across multiple engagements, involving coaching and development from our team and professional training and qualifications.

Responsibilities

You will

•Expand your tool kit, through coaching from our experienced team from technical to soft skills.

•Study for and attain qualifications in your chosen career path.

•Attain competency in various modules (covering areas in Business Analysis, Project Management, Wealth knowledge and soft skills) throughout the programme in line with the Academy Framework.

•Work on rewarding projects that have a significant impact on our clients.

•Take part in activities that contribute towards our fund-raising targets.

•Be a contributing team member, working with colleagues to build trusting relationships.

•Support engagements where appropriate and as part of your growth and development.

•Experience different tasks that sit across various change roles such as Business Analysis and Project Management.

Experience

You will have a background (2-5 years) within the Wealth industry which typically could include the following areas/functions:​

•Life, Pensions or Investments

•Advisor Network / Discretionary Fund Managers (DFM)​

•Platform / Platform Providers​

•Asset Managers​

•Administrators ​

•Technology Providers

Qualifications

•Degree educated (Desirable)

•Financial Services Qualification (Desirable)

Package

•£30k starting salary with incremental increases throughout the 3-year Academy Programme rising to £45k upon success completion

•Discretionary bonus scheme
