We have opportunities to work remotely
- You are a caring, honest and engaging individual
 - First point of contact for customers taking inbound and outbound telephone calls
 - Create a spark, build a rapport – whatever it takes to create those positive customer experiences
 - Asking questions, listening to customers, demonstrating an understanding and empathy to generate appropriate and fair solutions
 - Good numeracy and literacy skills to help break down some of the complexities around financial products and solutions
 - Take ownership of your actions, look at things from the customers point of view ensuring they are not disadvantaged
 - Strive to not only meet but exceed key performance indicators around call quality and compliance. Adhering to all compliance regulations procedures
 - Always motivated to improve, supported by our excellent coaching and development schemes and people.
 - Able to use different systems, accurately reflecting conversations and the outcome
 
- A very competitive starting salary of £23,000.00 with OTE up to £27,600.00 (bonus paid monthly, subject to performance)
