Job description
Alloa company Lasman Industries are looking to recruit a Site Manager. Our Construction Director requires an assistant to share a busy workload to cover the following duties:
· To visit site and access client job requirements.
· Draw up labour, plant and materials required for said jobs.
· Programme the jobs through to completion/handover.
· To liaise with clients, suppliers and existing construction crews.
Ideal Candidate:
· Preferably from a trades background.
· Has a current CSCS card.
· A clean driving licence.
· Must be a good motivator and people person.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
