Playing a pivotal role in driving the success of our stores, you will lead and empower your Store Management team to achieve outstanding sales performance, operational excellence, and profitability. As we continue to expand our store presence, we are seeking a sales focussed Regional Operations Manager to join our team and lead our store network to new heights.


What you will be doing:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Store Managers, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across the region, implementing initiatives to enhance store performance
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing action plans as needed
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise profitability, manage expenses, and enhance operational efficiency
  • Provide clear and concise communication to senior leadership on performance, challenges, and opportunities within the region
  • Identify and act upon opportunities for new stores, contributing to the expansion of our footprint in your region
  • Work closely and effectively alongside the Trade Sales and Specification teams to deliver commercial objectives and targets
  • Contribute to, and implement, marketing plans for the network

What you will need to be successful:


  • Your ability to inspire and lead teams is second nature, and your energy sparks motivation wherever you go
  • You’ll have exceptional performance management skills with a real capability to build capability within the teams
  • An open minded nature and a passion for learning new skills and capabilities, which will help us embark on new initiatives such as online. You’ll embrace change and new ways of working
  • Your history of multi-site sales leadership (preferably B2B) turns ordinary stores into bustling arenas of commerce. Your results-oriented approach and ability to drive sales and achieve financial targets will be key
  • You possess the ability to decipher data, using it to create strategies that sculpt the future. You'll have exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allow you to collaborate with diverse teams and customers
  • Flexibility to travel across your area as needed, from Newquay to Swindon, Swansea to Bristol and everywhere in between!
