Wilmoths Folkestone are looking for a Customer Service Manager. The role of Customer Service Manager will require you to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Service Centre, to meet targets set and to implement procedures. To control, motivate and develop the staff, reporting feedback on results and business activities. We are looking for a friendly, confident and capable individual who can always deal with all kinds of customers under pressure and remain professional.
