An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service team member to join us at our Heanor office. You will get £9.50p/h and £10.42 after April, as well as free travel on all trentbarton buses.
what we do
We love talking to our customers, over 6,000 of them call us every month, we also deal with their e-mails, not to mention the 50,000 or so followers we have on social media who contact us. Our key priority is to help our customers by taking ownership of their concerns and comments, putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
what we want
We want a friendly voice to help our customers, empathise if we have let them down. You must be good with social media, as we do a lot of work on Facebook and Twitter, and possess excellent computer skills as we use a lot of bespoke systems. You must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and have a keen eye for detail. Great communication skills are essential, and a sense of humour would be a big plus point.
when we want you
We do need you to be flexible with regards to hours, we work seven days a week, and are open from 7am until 7pm in the week. We are looking for someone for around 16-20 hours per week.
