Job description
We are an online fashion retailer looking for a customer service advisor.
This role involves dealing with incoming enquiries relating to already placed orders/refund/exchanges or about the new products etc.
Queries are coming via email or social media messages hence no phone enquiries are being dealt at the moment.
Staying on top of the emails and messages and making sure all the enquiries are dealt in professional and timely manner.
The role also involves regular posts on our social media channels, a good knowledge of social media channel will be an advantage.
Previous customer service experience in similar setup is essential.
Must be well organised and have ability to prioritise tasks as per their importance.
Excellent communication skills required.
Monday to Friday
4 Hours a day
Working from Home, no commuting required.
Flexible Hours between 09:00 am and 05:00pm
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £9.90-£10.00 per hour
