You will be the first port of call for our customers and will provide IT Support on a variety of applications and systems currently used by customers and internal staff. Role: Service Desk Analyst aka First Line Support, It Support Analyst
Location: Princes Risborough – commutable from Aylesbury, Oxford, High Wycombe, Amersham etc.
Salary: £22k-£25k base

What you will bring to the table:
We are looking for a strong communicator, a problem solver and someone who takes pride in providing a first-class service to customers. If you have a background working In IT Support, First line support or on a service desk that would be great, but we are also happy to consider individuals with a strong customer facing ethos looking to kick start their career in the IT Industry.
