The role of a Junior Application Engineer…
Our Engineering team is responsible for the support, maintenance and development of the systems and applications that allow Zzoomm to do what we do! You will engage with the business to understand it’s needs and work with the engineering team to resolve and debug any issues that arise. In addition to day-to-day application support you will have the opportunity to be involved with project work that will help Zzoomm to assess, implement and integrate new software and systems as and when needed.
You’ll know how to…
- Investigate and resolve software/system tickets
- Assist with system and software development and integration
- Work with and train non-technical end users
- Knowledge of data security is beneficial
Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS), CI/CD control or Devops methodologies would be advantageous but are not essential for this role.
