We are currently seeking a customer service assistant available to work a fixed contract of Saturday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Overtime will be available on occasion. You will work as part of a busy team delivering high levels of customer service both in store and on the telephone.
You will assist and advise customers throughout their pregnancy, ensuring products are suited to the individual and providing value for money.
Maintaining high standards of merchandising and shop floor housekeeping at all times.
Effectively communicate to customers, team members and supplying companies at all times.
Must be competent working on computers with a knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Previous experience working with the public is desirable but not essential.
Applicants must be fit and healthy as products require demonstrating and can be heavy to handle.
The store is on two floors, unfortunately without lift access to the upper sales floor.

Salary: £6.00-£12.00 per hour
