About the Role
Our Sports and Outdoor sales associates will be working with a multitude of world renown brands, whilst demonstrating our core values and striving to make anything possible for our customers.
You will be responsible for providing customers with exceptional customer service within our sports and outdoor department. This includes greeting customers, offering a personalised experience, assistance in selecting the perfect products for their needs, and maintaining the stores visual standards.
About You
You will be confident in carrying out exceptional service, this may include assisting clients, to meet their sporting needs, styling for outdoor occasions or simply bringing the Harrods magic to Menswear. We can invest in your development to fill in some of the gaps and give you the tools needed to succeed, but you are passionate about people, Harrods, and providing world class customer service, going above and beyond to create moments of delight.
