We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our amazing team here at PetShop.co.uk. This role ensures we meet the expectations of our amazing customers. You will work to quickly and efficiently solve customers queries and to process any telephone, email or chat queries/ orders.

Key skills:
- Helping customers with queries and orders via phone, email and live chat
- Working with third parties to help resolve delivery issues
- Ensuring up to date knowledge of our product ranges to enable you to answer queries from customers and helping them to place their orders
- Monitoring out of stock items, ensuring customers are informed of any delays
- Helping to manage our Click & Collect Service, ensuring customers feel welcomed and are happy with the service which has been provided
The ideal candidate will have/ be:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Methodical with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
- Keen to learn and take on additional responsibilities over time
- Computer literate
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week).
Salary is between £20,500.00 p.a. and £23,000.00 p.a. (DOE)
