Job description
We are on the look out for Customer Service Champions to join our team!
The role of a Customer Service Assistant within a Petrol Station involves a range of tasks, including advising and Serving Customers, Till operation, Stock Replenishment /Rotation / Merchandising, Cash handling and carrying out Housekeeping activities according to set procedures.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a busy retail environment and will be self motivated, computer literate, flexible to cover holidays/sickness, have excellent customer service skills and a confident phone manner.
The Vacancy is for a full and part time roles on varied shift patterns. Full availability is expected from the candidate.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £8.00-£10.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail Shop Assistants & Till Operators: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
