List Of Duties
- Work to instructions of Station Manager Tyne Tees.
- Ensure all duties are carried out safely and in accordance with the relevant Rules, Regulations, Safety notices and instructions.
- Assist in the fire evacuation procedures at Sunderland
- Ensure that the station at Sunderland is cleaned in accordance with business specifications
- Provide information and assistance to customers
- Ensure promotional notices and publications are current, displayed and made available on request to customers
- Keep place of work safe and tidy at all times
- Assist with bus co-ordination as required
About you :
You will have;
- A genuine commitment to and previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound IT skills
- Have the confidence and ability to work on your own initiative
- The flexibility to work shift patterns
