Permanent contract | £21,575 to £21,968 per annum (Scale D) | 37 hours per week | County Hall, Norwich
Norfolk County Council Customer Service Centre is looking for Customer Service Assistants to join our highly multi-skilled team.
We are based at County Hall in Norwich although work on a hybrid basis with most time spent working remotely.

Our Customer service centre is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We respond to contacts for all services provided by Norfolk County Council, so no day is ever the same.
