Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes
- Engage with guests, answer questions, and provide recommendations
- Follow all safety and health regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and making change
- Familiarity with food preparation and beverage mixing techniques
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle guest relations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
