Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our busy customer service team.
Key Duties:
- Answering incoming and making outgoing calls
- Activate Credit /debit card payments
- Input of delivery orders and payments
- Updating Drivers delivery paperwork daily
- Greeting customers and serving in the showroom
- Daily Cash Reconciliation
- Responsible for filing, e-mailing and any other administrative duties
- Must be able to lift 25kg
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of local area would be desirable
- Must be motivated and customer focused

- Bright, committed and enthusiastic
- Competent numeracy and IT Skill
- Able to work as part of a team and individually
- Must be able to maintain a professional attitude
- Must be physically fit, job requires some manual work
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday: 9.00a.m - 5.00p.m. when requires Saturday 8.00a.m to 12.30p.m
Holidays: 20 days + Statutory Bank Holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £11.00-£13.20 per hour
