Could you be our next Accommodation Assistant?
As an Accommodation Assistant, you will provide front of house and administrative support for a wide range of tasks relating to the delivery of an excellent student experience, working as part of a team dedicated to this purpose. You will deal with enquiries face to face, over the phone and by email.
You will be the first point of contact for our tenants and act as a brand ambassador, in ensuring our customers have an enjoyable stay with us throughout their University journey. Working with our Residential Life team to ensure our events calendar is brought to life on site, and take part in and run social events hosted for our students.
A key part of your role is to ensure our tenants feel welcome, and want to re book with us for the duration of their University experience.
About You
We are looking for a confident, bubbly and outgoing Accommodation Assistant. You will enjoy working in a customer facing role and have a welcoming and friendly manner. You will have a positive can do attitude with excellent customer service skills.
As this role is very customer service orientated you must be able to demonstrate experience in this area in previous employment.

Salary: £23,016.00 per year
