Overview
Our client is a licensed gaming provider that specialises in Sportsbook and Live Casino. They are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join their team in the Isle of Man. The successful candidate should have great communication skills in Mandarin and English. This role is a 40h/week shift basis that could be 8-5pm, 9-6pm and 11-8pm Monday to Sunday, 5 days a week.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high quality standard of customer support.
Manage customer enquiries through the live chat, email and telephone.
Attend to customer complaints and issues.
Deliver the most appropriate solution within company policies and guidelines.
Keep database regarding details/solutions of issues, complaints and queries updated.
Review customer activities according to company policies and procedures.
Liaise and coordinate with other internal departments.
Process payment requests and review KYC documentation.
Maintain customer database updated.
Assist other departments with admin support if needed.
Ideal Candidate
Efficient language capabilities in English and Mandarin, both oral and written.
Experience in the gaming industry with a contact center focus (beneficial, not required).
Strong analysis, attention to detail, communication, organizational and decision-making skills.
Ability to effectively present information and clearly respond to queries.
Professional working attitude and proactive candidate.
Ability to relocate to the Isle of Man.
