Music Glue is a specialist e-commerce platform for the music business. We make it easy for fans to buy music, merchandise, tickets, and experiences directly from the artists they love, in one simple transaction. Our platform is used by thousands of artists worldwide, so we have teams in London, Sydney, and Vancouver.

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for a full-time staff member to join our Operations Team immediately.

The winning candidate will have a positive attitude, the ability to pick up new skills quickly, be patient, polite and reliable, have excellent written grammar, attention to detail and get the job done on time. They can think on their feet, easily adapt to new processes, and enjoy problem solving. Previous customer service and office-based experience is an advantage, as well as a passion for Music.

Duties and what you’ll be responsible for:

- handling a high volume of customer queries via email on Zendesk
- communicating with sellers and suppliers to resolve customer issues
- processing refunds, replacements, cancellations etc using our own platform
- any other relevant tasks as instructed by the team

This is an entry-level opportunity for a chance to work in music technology and join an open and friendly company.
