Position Overview:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Undergraduate Student to join the UK Marketing team in the Holford Yard Office – London. This role will be an integral part of the UK Marketing team assisting in a range of Marketing and VM duties.
UK Marketing Student Placement
Marketing
- Support with the collation of information to complete seasonal smart sheets for key accounts
- Creation of seasonal Range Directories for key accounts.
- Support with UK Launch events, including planning, organisation and logistics for AW and SS seasons.
- Support Assistant Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Coordinators with the collation of monthly wholesale newsletters.
- Collate and coordinate UK requirements for seasonal sale tools including range directories, swatch books and digital showroom content.
VM
- Coordinate seasonal POS requests across wholesale and Retail.
- Support VM team with seasonal showroom set ups in Holford and Barbour House showrooms
- Coordinate showroom maintenance, ensuring VM standards are upheld throughout the season.
- Manage props for showroom and account use, keeping an up-to-date inventory and tracker on all brand owned items.
- Support UK VM Manager with seasonal shop fits, ensuring density plans are complete, hangers, POS and mannequins are ordered and delivered on time.
- Collate and order staff uniform requests from Sales teams for brand specialists.
Skills and Experience:
- Undertaking a Business or Marketing degree.
- Good appreciation for style and fashion.
- Demonstrates high standards of attention to detail.
- Able to work well under pressure, remain calm and demonstrate this style to others.
- Information Technology including: Outlook, Word, experienced use of Excel, PowerPoint & Internet packages.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships.
- Able to work by self along with good team working skills.
- Pleasant and efficient telephone manner.
- Strong organisational and time management ability.
- Able to establish relationships with people at all levels.
Additional Information:
- To apply for this placement, you must be currently studying an Undergraduate Sandwich Degree Course and able to undertake 12 months in industry as part of your course.
