Available Job Today Customer Service Advisor British Gas Business Energy Team – Full Time Permanent
Hybrid Working – Mixture of Home and Office.
Office based training up to 8 weeks (8.45am-5.00pm) Let us know about any pre-booked holidays you may have and your commute is manageable.
Hours - Monday to Friday - 37 hours. Shifts will be between 8am - 6pm - Please ensure you can work within these hours before applying
Salary - £24,945 up to 16% quarterly bonus & Benefits

You’ll be working as a Customer Resolution Agent British Gas Business Call Centre, supporting, and resolving customer enquiries who are running their businesses. Naturally you should and have fantastic communication skills both written and verbal. Initially this will be an inbound telephony role with the option to upskill at a later date to Webchat and Text so your keyboard skills will need to be on point. This department is fast paced, and at times can be high pressure. Your resilience, agility and ownership skills are key to this role.
